•Develop regular maintenance plans for equipment.

•Establish repair plans for equipment.

•Formulate overhaul plans for equipment.

C. Test Equipment Control:

•Develop maintenance plans for all testing equipment and conduct regular third-party inspections.

•Establish regular maintenance plans for large-scale testing equipment.

D. Product Quality Control:

•Conduct first-piece inspection, patrol inspection, and final inspection for each production process.

•Perform full-scale inspections on finished products at appropriate intervals.

E. Personnel Control:

•Provide regular training in machining skills for all operators.

F. Logistics Control: Packaging and Transportation

•Internal transportation: Use specialized transportation tools.
